🍯🍊 Crispy Orange & Black Pepper Chicken Wings

- Mixing bowl
- Small saucepan
- Tongs
- Oven
Ingredients
- 1 kg chicken wings
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp baking powder (for crispiness)
- Juice of 1 orange
- Zest of ½ orange
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp cracked black pepper
- 1 garlic clove, grated
Instructions
Prep & Crisp
Preheat oven to 220°C.Toss wings with oil, salt, pepper, and baking powder.Place on rack and bake for 35–40 minutes until crispy.Make the Glaze
Combine all glaze ingredients in a small saucepan.Simmer for 3–5 minutes until slightly thickened.Toss & Finish
Remove wings from oven.Toss in the warm glaze until fully coated.Serve
Serve immediately while sticky and crisp.
