🔥🍋 Crispy Lamb Goulash Bites with Honey & Lemon Glaze
A bold twist on a classic cut — turning slow-cook lamb into crispy, sticky, flavour-packed bites.

- Frying pan
- Slotted spoon
- Knife & chopping board
- Small bowl
Ingredients
- 600 – 800 grams lamb goulash (cubed lamb)
- Salt & black pepper
- 1 cup water or stock
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- Zest of 1 lemon
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp chili flakes
Instructions
Tenderise the Lamb
Place lamb goulash in a pot with water/stock and a pinch of salt.Simmer on low for 45–60 minutes until tender.Drain and allow the meat to dry slightly.Crisp the Lamb
Heat a pan with a small drizzle of oil.Fry lamb pieces until deep golden and crispy on the edges.Make the Glaze
Mix honey, vinegar, lemon zest, soy sauce, and chili flakes.Toss & Finish
Lower heat and pour glaze into the pan.Toss quickly until the lamb is sticky and glossy (1–2 minutes).Serve
