🔥🧄 Charred Beef Heart Skewers with Garlic-Lime Oil

Ingredients
- 500 – 700 grams beef heart, cleaned and cut into bite-sized cubes
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- .5 tsp ground coriander
- Salt & black pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 garlic clove, finely grated
- Juice of 1 lime
- Pinch of chili flakes
Instructions
Prep the Heart
Trim off any tough membranes and fat. Cut into even cubes and pat dry.Season
Toss beef heart with olive oil, cumin, paprika, coriander, salt, and pepper.Skewer
Thread pieces onto skewers, leaving a little space between each piece.High-Heat Cook
Grill or sear on high heat for 2–3 minutes per side.Keep it slightly pink inside for tenderness.Finish
Mix garlic, lime juice, chili flakes, and olive oil.Drizzle over the hot skewers just before serving.
