- Knife & cutting board
Ingredients
- 600 grams boneless pork rashers (approx. 6–8 pieces)

Instructions

- Baste & finish: Remove, brush with remaining glaze, then bake for another 10–15 minutes until caramelised and charred at the edges.
- Serve: Transfer rashers to a plate, sprinkle with sesame seeds or green onions, and serve hot.
Notes
- No oven? Finish under the grill for 2–3 minutes to caramelise the glaze.
- Extra flavour: Add 1 tsp grated ginger to the glaze for a zingy twist.
- Serving ideas: Pairs beautifully with rice, steamed greens, or Asian slaw.
