Ingredients

  • 4 Pork Chops Organic
  • 1 Cup Apple Cider
  • 2 tbsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil Extra Virgin
  • 3 Garlic Cloves
  • Thyme

Instructions

  • Season pork chops and sear in hot oil for 4–5 mins per side.
  • In a saucepan, combine cider, mustard, and honey.
  • Simmer until thick enough to coat a spoon.
  • Drizzle glaze over pork before serving.

  • Do not overcook pork – aim for 63–65°C internally.
  • Watch glaze carefully as it reduces – it thickens quickly.
