1 Whole Leg, 1 Leg cut into chops, 1 Whole Shoulder, 1 Shoulder cut into chops, Neck – sliced, Loin Chops, Rib Chops, 1 Whole Rib, 1 Whole Rib sliced into ribbetjies, 2 whole shanks, 2 shanks sliced, trimmings and off cuts.
