Denver steak is becoming more popular due to its all-round features. It comes from the chuck area. This is personally one of our favourite cuts as it ticks all the boxes, including being cost-effective.
Denver steaks are relatively tender, tasty beef flavor, no fat cap but they feature a fair amount of marbling. Always cut against the grain to avoid being too chewy and highly suggest using the reverse sear method for cooking. Click here to learn more
