The Hanger Steak, one of the best cuts of steak in my opinion. Previously known as the butchers cut, because the butcher would not sell it and keep it for himself. Also, there is literally only 1 piece per animal. The cut does not work and just ‘hangs’ there, which is where it gets the name.
