Ingredients
- 6 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp fresh/dried rosemary
- 1 tsp fresh/dried thyme
- Salt & freshly ground black pepper (to taste)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 200 °C (400 °F).
- Season: In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, herbs, salt, and pepper. Toss chicken thighs until evenly coated.
- Roast: Place thighs skin-side up on a tray. Roast for 40–45 minutes until the skin is golden and the meat is cooked through.Tip: Use a wire rack for better air circulation and crisper skin.
