- 1 wooden spoon
- 1 pot for boiling pasta
Ingredients
- 500 grams Usana Grass-fed beef mince
- 1 Onion (chopped)
- 2 cloves of garlic (minced)
- 400 grams chopped tomatoes Can Tomatoes
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- spaghetti cooked according to package instructions
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Sauté onion and garlic until translucent.
- Add beef mince and cook until browned.
- Stir in chopped tomatoes, tomato paste, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Serve over cooked spaghetti.
