Equipment

  • 1 saucepan
  • 1 wooden spoon
  • 1 pot for boiling pasta

Ingredients

  • 500 grams Usana Grass-fed beef mince
  • 1 Onion (chopped)
  • 2 cloves of garlic (minced)
  • 400 grams chopped tomatoes Can Tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • spaghetti cooked according to package instructions

Instructions

  • Heat olive oil in a saucepan over medium heat.
  • Sauté onion and garlic until translucent.
  • Add beef mince and cook until browned.
  • Stir in chopped tomatoes, tomato paste, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  • Simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Serve over cooked spaghetti.
