Wagyu Bresaola Salad

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar For the Dressing
- 4 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil For the Dressing
- 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard or any other mustard you like For the Dressing
- Rocket
- 1 tsp Salt and Black Pepper each to taste
- Wagyu Bresaola
- 1 tbsp Honey
- Parmesan Cheese
Instructions
- Lets make the dressing first.
- In a bowl add the vinegar and mustard in a bowl and whisk together
- Then slowly add the oilve oil while whisking
- Season to taste
- In another bowl with the rocket in, add the dressing to preference
- Now lay the bresaola out on a plate or platter, flat.
- Now add teh dressed rocket over the bresaola
- Using a vegetable peeler to make curls, slice some Parmesan to taste over the rocket
- Lastly, add drops of honey around the platter
- Enjoy! Eat all ingredients together
