Lets make the dressing first.
In a bowl add the vinegar and mustard in a bowl and whisk together
Then slowly add the oilve oil while whisking
Season to taste
In another bowl with the rocket in, add the dressing to preference
Now lay the bresaola out on a plate or platter, flat.
Now add teh dressed rocket over the bresaola
Using a vegetable peeler to make curls, slice some Parmesan to taste over the rocket
Lastly, add drops of honey around the platter
Enjoy! Eat all ingredients together
