heat oil / lard in your frying pan - medium heat
Stir in the sliced Sucuk and after 10 seconds add the tomatoes
Saute for a minute or two or if they turn brown, the smell is heavanly at this point
Move the sliced pieces to the edge of the pan
In te open circle in the middle crack the eggs in and cook on medium heat
Add Salt, pepper, cumin and paprika
Cook so the white is set and I prefer the yolk still runny
Serve, with cheese, olives, bread - take your pick
